Combining deep contract furniture expertise with project management ownership, the full-time Senior Designer Project Manager will deliver turnkey furniture solutions across federal workspaces, overseeing projects from planning and design through procurement, installation, and lifecycle closeout in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage furniture projects of varying sizes, coordinating procurement, design, delivery, installation, and closeout activities Develop furniture layouts and drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned projects, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 10+ years of experience in federal or commercial furniture projects, with proven expertise in contract furniture procurement and installation Strong understanding of contract furniture systems and federal environments, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAP 2020/Visual Impressions Experience developing furniture specifications, RFQs, and procurement packages, familiar with GSA MAS pricing and federal procurement processes Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
