You'll apply strong conceptual thinking and a deep understanding of visual systems to create polished, production-ready work for our internal brand, presentations, case studies, and social channels.Job OverviewSome things you will be responsible for:Help evolve and maintain the Multiplayer brand identity across all of our touch pointsSupport our team with the creation of visual systems that strengthen our brand, convey complex ideas, and support marketing & brandingCraft pitch presentations and new business assets that reflect our brand identity, values, and offeringsDesign case studies that tell the story of our work and help win new businessCreate social assets that share our work, our culture, and our point of viewCreate rapid iterations to speed up decision makingUtilize AI in your creative workflow, supporting ideation and synthesisUtilize strong storytelling skills to tap into human emotionsLast but certainly not least, as a member of our team we hope you embrace and contribute to our culture of continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence, and always search for ways to help make a positive impact on the team!Requirements5+ years of full-time industry experience as a designerA track record of designing digital products, websites, or brandsStrong visual design skills, with a sharp eye for typography and layoutConfident presenting your work and turning stakeholder feedback into better outcomesSelf-directed, but a natural collaborator across distributed teamsA portfolio that shows real craft and clear problem-solvingAt least 3 hours of daily overlap with Toronto time (ET)A career designed with happiness in mind.We're looking for Senior Designers who understand the power of good design, if like us, you'd rather ask questions than follow process dogma then let's find a better way, together.
