This role is central to shaping user experiences and building impactful creative designs that drives digital subscriptions across 75 local news markets nationwide. The ideal candidate is a UX/UI-focused designer with front-end coding ability who can build websites and user journeys, while also contributing to brand campaigns with graphic design and creative assets. • Work with development teams to integrate designs into functional digital products. Collaboration & Strategy • Partner with multidisciplinary teams-including marketing, product, and development-to brand and market subscription products like mobile apps, podcasts, and newsletters. Basic Qualifications Include: • Experience: 5-8+ years in UX/UI and web design, with additional background in graphic design or marketing creative.
