The Senior Digital Designer will have a passion for social media and digital trends, be fluent in modern digital best practices, including performance-driven creative, motion-first design, and scalable design systems, and be excited to grow an ever-expanding digital ecosystem at an in-house, product-driven company. Product photography, video, and animation to support digitalSupport integration of user-generated and partner content into digital campaigns where applicableWorking with photographers, videographers, and creative contractors to create assets to support digital campaign needsVideo production to support product and campaign needsAnimation production 6+ years of professional graphic design experience to include:Creating motion graphics, animations, and video edits to support campaigns and social contentDigital/social campaign design workWeb productionProficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Figma, Miro)Basic understanding of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative fill, image generation, workflow acceleration)Experience working within Digital Asset Management systemsExperience working with project management systemsExperience developing creative informed by performance metrics, testing, and optimizationEffective in cross-functional team environment Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules to meet project deadlinesExperience collaborating with and providing direction to freelance designers and external partnersDetail-oriented, able to effectively prioritize multiple projects and thrive in fast-paced environment with diverse workHighly organized with experience managing assets in shared systems and scalable file structures Cascade Designs Inc.
