About the Role:
The Senior Digital Graphic Designer will be a key player in our creative team, focusing on the development and execution of our e-commerce website, email campaigns, social media, and online marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do:
• Transform business and marketing goals into visually compelling, user-friendly designs that resonate emotionally with our audience.
• Create detailed design specifications and prototypes that align with project objectives.
• Generate innovative concepts and collaborate with the creative director as needed.
• Present a variety of design solutions for each project.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and business partners to craft original layouts under tight deadlines.
• Engage with business, creative, and copy teams to clarify objectives and verify project accuracy.
• Participate actively in the creative process, sharing well-developed design solutions that address project goals.
• Update product lines on our e-commerce site, coding HTML for emails, and deploying them efficiently.
• Work with our email service provider to manage daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and refine email launching processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our brands lead in website and email design best practices.
• Mentor and guide other designers and contractors while managing your own workflow.
• Provide effective feedback to inspire successful designs and enhance the creative team's output.

What You'll Bring:
• BFA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Studies, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in web design or multimedia; online retail experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in graphic design, layout, typography, image manipulation, and color correction with experience in a lifestyle brand.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, and familiar with InDesign.
• Adept at generating ideas and working collaboratively with copy and photography teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of user interface and interactive design best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in graphic resizing, optimization, and slicing.
• Willingness to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while quickly identifying creative solutions and being self-directed.

Starting pay for this role will consider various factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, and location.
