Project Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Freelance Graphic Designer who excels at innovative, out-of-the-box thinking with comprehensive experience across all elements of graphic design for fashion retail. Senior Candidate Must-Haves Strategic thinking and ability to see beyond immediate design needs Deep understanding of fashion retail and how design influences customer behavior across touchpoints Ability to identify efficiencies in the design process Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional partners (merchandising, marketing, store operations) Knowledge of current design trends in fashion retail and ability to apply them appropriately The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.51 to $52.79 an hour.
