Position Overview

Haven Home Care is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Visual Brand Experience Designer to join our remote team. This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates only. The ideal candidate will lead the creation of visually compelling branding and marketing materials that enhance patient engagement, strengthen brand identity, and support strategic business initiatives.

This role is perfect for a senior-level designer who excels in visual storytelling, digital marketing design, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of high-impact visual assets for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns, landing pages) and print materials


Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all communication channels


Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to create innovative campaigns and creative strategies


Translate healthcare and patient-focused messaging into clear, engaging visual experiences


Create graphics, presentations, infographics, marketing collateral, and brand assets


Ensure all creative materials meet brand standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and compliance requirements


Oversee production-ready file preparation and quality assurance processes


Manage multiple high-priority projects and mentor junior creative contributors when needed


Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare marketing best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field


3+ years of professional graphic design experience, including senior-level or lead design responsibilities


Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing design work


Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)


Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other collaborative design tools


Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual brand systems


Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills


Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, or regulated industries


Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and responsive design


Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS


Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)


Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience, location, and qualifications)

Work Environment
