Graphic Design Lead This key role is responsible for developing and implementing visually compelling designs to enhance the company's marketing efforts, product launches, advertisements, packaging, and retail initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Design creative concepts and elements for various projects • Prepare final production files for printing and digital distribution • Develop packaging materials that meet client requirements • Ensure accuracy and quality of designs by reviewing and resizing as needed • Proofread marketing content and design materials for errors and inconsistencies • Organize, archive, and manage digital assets in a secure and accessible manner • Review and approve design files, troubleshoot production issues, and provide guidance to internal teams • Collaborate on and manage the creation of design mock-ups with cross-functional teams Requirements: • At least 7 years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio • Experience leading or managing a design team with a proven track record of success • Proficient in creating assets across print, digital, and multimedia platforms • Strong background in consumer packaging, point-of-purchase (POP), and retail design • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Planogram software, photo editing, and video editing tools • Experience working within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally
