FUEL seeks a talented Art Director/Senior Designer with a killer portfolio showcasing compelling conceptual designs. We're looking for someone who can create integrated, cross-channel deliverables from concept through execution across print and digital. • Possesses strong conceptual skills, strategy, approach, rationale, and design thinking • Presents confidently, persuasively, and professionally to clients and internal teams • Creates thoughtful and stunning presentations • Works collaboratively and communicates well with strategists, user experience designers, copywriters, and programmers to build great brand experiences • Concepts, designs, and executes integrated, cross-channel advertising campaigns • Creates elevated visual designs with precise attention to detail • Loves building brands, evolving brand guidelines, and creating design systems • Storyboards and provides art direction for photo and video shoots • Provides editing direction and motion graphic feedback on video projects • Delivers high-quality work on time and within budget • Manages projects in a project management platform
