In this role, the Graphic Design Specialist will conceptualize and produce compelling visual content that aligns with Enact's marketing objectives. The role proactively collaborates with our high performing marketing team to design materials for digital, channels, social media, video, event displays, and product promotions, while ensuring consistent and visually impactful messaging.LOCATION Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC - Hybrid Schedule Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, videos, promotional items, and customer presentationsProactively collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to translate ideas and objectives into creative designsAdhere and contribute to brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channelsCreate and optimize visuals for web, ensuring compatibility with various devices, ADA compliance and screen resolutionsEdit and refine designs based on feedback, meet project deadlines, maintain continuous improvement mindsetStay updated on creative technologies, tools, and techniques to innovate and improve creative assetsCreate high-quality images, videos, and animations to support product launches, customer testimonials, and how-to educational contentEffectively manage content and files for shareability and quick revisionsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of visual design experience in an in-house creative position or agencyProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
