Senior Graphic Design Specialist

This role balances creative innovation with strategic execution, ensuring that all visual communications strengthen LED’s brand, communicate complex information effectively, and support organizational goals. The Senior Graphic Design Specialist contributes to concept development, storyboarding, and production of visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital engagement, training and workforce materials, interactive experiences, presentations, and web-based media. This position also supports internal efficiency by helping establish procedures, reviewing creative materials, and maintaining quality and brand standards across all deliverables. Balance creative vision with stakeholder needs while maintaining quality, clarity, and consistency across all revisions. Prepare and finalize files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy, proper formats, and production readiness.
