Senior Graphic Design Specialist

Execute high-level creative quickly and accurately from the vision of Director of Brand Experience.Own design workflow—prioritization, quality control, and delivery.Produce, guide, and elevate all creative assets to maintain brand excellence.Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable creative.Develop and manage templates, toolkits, and scalable design systems.Partner closely with Brand Experience, Digital + Content, and Internal Communications teams.Collaborate with the Graphic Design Specialist.Adhere to brand standards in all projects.Completes annual compliance courses.Adhere to all levels of our Service Excellence standards and complete annual compliance courses.Adhere specifically to all corporate policies and procedures. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled.
