Senior Graphic Design Specialist

ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive user experiences for internal applications and analytics platforms.Create end-to-end workflows, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.Translate business and user needs into thoughtful, user-centered digital design solutions.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver technically sound solutions.Build and maintain interface designs, reusable components, and interactive prototypes in Figma.Support developer handoff and ensure design intent is carried through implementation.Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product design.Strong proficiency in Figma.A portfolio demonstrating product design and user-centered workflow experience.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in UI/UX design, focusing on user-centered digital design solutions and the creation of intuitive user experiences.
