Senior Graphic Design Specialist

In this role, a typical day will look like: Translate creative briefs into high-quality visual assets aligned to brand and campaign goals Design for digital campaigns, product marketing materials, social media, presentations, email, and event collateral Develop assets for web, advertising, tradeshows, and multi-channel campaigns Support website design through wireframes and page layout recommendations in partnership with marketing and product teams Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and global teams to ensure consistency and alignment Adapt creative for global markets, including regional and partner needs Maintain and evolve design templates, asset libraries, and visual systems Contribute to the ongoing development of Pantone's visual identity The essential requirements of the job include: 5+ years of experience in graphic design Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and similar tools Demonstrated experience designing for digital, print, and web formats Solid foundation in layout, typography, and color theory It would be nice if you also possess: Experience working with global teams or multi-language asset adaptation.
