You will collaborate with a team to create eye-catching and effective images and campaigns to increase our customer base.You will manage the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. Our ideal candidate has a substantial portfolio of successful campaigns and is proficient with Adobe Creative Suite,Quark Xpress, Photoshop, etc.Job Duties (Please note: this list is not all inclusive and may change with/without prior notice:Translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategiesDesign visual concepts using graphic design tools including design softwareSelect colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative conceptsCollaborate with front end developers, marketing, content, and other professionals to create mediaArticulate and pitch design concepts to clients and other end usersEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandSchedule projects and define budget constraints Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with director and his/her designee to produce final design Test graphics across various media Study design briefs and determine requirements Implement feedback and changes when appropriateImplement Quality Assurance designs for errors Other job duties as assigned by the Program LeadSkills / Qualifications/Competencies:Solid knowledge of design and visual principlesExperience with both print and electronic mediaDemonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills (portfolio submission required)Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the client's needs in mindAbility to communicate design choices clearlyFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesTime management and organizational skillsExceptional creativity and innovationEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is a plusMinimum of 8 years professional experience as graphic designerProven graphic design experienceA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsPortfolio of extensive designs used in successful marketing campaignsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite,Quark Xpress, and PhotoshopInfinite Management Solutions, LLC (IMS) team provides best in class Business Solutions and Strategic Planning Services.
