Senior Graphic Design Supervisor

**Overview:** The Senior Graphic Design Supervisor is responsible for leading the graphic design team at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and ensuring that all graphic design projects meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency. **Responsibilities:** • Plan, organize, and coordinate the graphic design team to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget • Develop and maintain the SFO brand across all visual materials, including web pages, presentations, signage, publications, internal communications, newsletters, brochures, reports, and marketing campaigns • Supervise and train a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and web designers, providing creative direction and conducting annual performance evaluations • Communicate and collaborate with clients to develop creative concepts, coordinate efforts, review progress, schedule timelines, and assign design projects • Create graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring consistency with the SFO brand and meeting deadlines • Present design and brand reviews with the design team, brand manager, and relevant departments, organizations, and clients for final approval • Proof and resolve any issues related to final print quality or digital content • Prepare and package design files for printing or web use • *Qualifications:** • Six years of professional experience in illustration and graphic art design, including web design • Possession of a valid driver's license • One year of full-time employment is equivalent to 2000 hours (2000 hours of qualifying work experience is based on a 40-hour work week) • Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university may be desirable • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to design, edit, and prepare visual materials for print and digital may be desirable • Strong oral and written communication skills may be desirable • Strong organizational and project management skills may be desirable • *Benefits:** • Competitive annual compensation: $104,286 - $126,828 • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance • Diverse and dynamic work environment with a team of talented professionals • Access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment • Opportunities for travel and professional development • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance • Supportive and inclusive work environment • Opportunities to work on high-profile projects and initiatives • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Opportunities to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and customers
