We are seeking a designer who is a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and competence in... ideating and conceptualizing visually stunning design solutions for digital applications and experiences, but also understands the importance of connecting with consumers on a deeper level to inspire loyalty. As part of our creative and strategic digital retail team, you will have the opportunity to implement digital design solutions end-to-end and be part of an exciting team on digital projects that push boundaries. The contract designer will work closely with our creative directors, art directors, strategists, copywriters and production teams on digital projects from beginning to end. Qualified candidates will have: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic or communications design • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design role with a focus on digital channel applications • Ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling and clear graphic design solutions. • Expertise in Figma, components, and collaborative web applications for graphic interface design systems • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) • An understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Sketch • Strong typography, composition, and an understanding of quality UX practices • A portfolio showcasing mastery in graphic design across multiple digital channels.
