a Day In The Life, What You'll Do…

Design With Impact: Serve as the primary graphic designer, creating high-impact sign and experiential graphics that capture attention and build brand identity. Lead With Vision: Guide and manage creative projects from concept to completion, overseeing both in-house and external designers. Collaborate & Coordinate: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including fabricators, installers, and project managers, to ensure flawless execution of your designs. Innovate with AI: Integrate artificial intelligence tools into your creative workflow to streamline processes and develop conceptual designs. Ensure Quality: Maintain brand consistency and uphold the highest standards of quality through rigorous quality control processes. Manage Complex Projects: Masterfully manage and maintain timelines for multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Prepare for Production: Create accurate, production-ready art files for our fabrication machines and technical designs for engineering and permitting.

Problem-Solving Aptitude: A detail-oriented, solution-driven approach, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Educational Background: A 2- or 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent real-world work experience. Strong People Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the empathy to effectively interact with a wide range of people.
