Senior Graphic Designer - Hybrid AZ

Produce original, productionready visual assets across print and digital channels, including advertising, brochures, websites, signage, presentations, stationery systems, and property marketing materials.Lead design projects from concept through final execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, messaging, and communication objectives.Maintain and enforce brand consistency by managing graphic standards, logo usage, and reproduction files across multiple brands.Apply advanced production and prepress expertise to ensure accuracy in file setup, color, resolution, sizing, and output requirements (CMYK vs. RGB, spot vs. process color, vector vs. raster).Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop creative solutions, present concepts, and recommend design improvements.Collaborate with external vendors to communicate specifications, review proofs, and resolve design or production issues.Serve as a technical resource by advising teams on design standards, tools, workflows, and best practices.Utilize AIpowered design tools and emerging technologies to support concept exploration, optimize production workflows, and improve creative efficiency while maintaining brand and quality standards.Conduct final quality reviews, including proofreading layouts and identifying errors or inconsistencies prior to release.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing creative processes, tools, and ways of working.Perform additional and stretch assignments as needed to support evolving business priorities. Approximately 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with demonstrated seniorlevel responsibility; experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or multibrand environments preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced conceptual, visual, and creative problemsolving skills across print and digital media.Strong production and prepress knowledge with exceptional attention to detail.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience using AIenabled creative tools or platforms to support design, production, or workflow efficiency (Adobe Workfront, Assets, Firefly)Working knowledge of macOS environments and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines.Uptodate knowledge of current design trends, tools, and emerging technologies. 401K - company contribution and match (U.S.) The Company's equal employment opportunity policy applies to all aspects of employment with the Company, including, but not limited to, hiring, promotion, transfer, benefits, discipline, and termination.
