We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team in San Diego. This role is ideal for a highly motivated designer with strong conceptual instincts, polished execution skills, and a desire to continue growing toward creative leadership responsibilities over time.
What You’ll DoDesign and execute creative assets across digital, social, branding, campaign, presentation, and marketing projectsContribute to concept development, moodboards, visual systems, and campaign ideationCollaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists, editors, account teams, and producersTranslate creative direction into polished, detail-oriented design executionHelp maintain consistency across brand systems and campaign deliverablesPrepare production-ready files and support project execution across multiple platformsPresent work internally and contribute thoughtfully during creative reviewsSupport fast-moving creative workflows while maintaining a high standard of design qualityStay current on design trends, social content, sports culture, AI creative tools, and emerging platforms
