SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (HYBRID-CHARLOTTE, NC)

Responsibilities:Lead high-visibility design projects that require advanced creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.Provide hands-on oversight of sales and retention materials—ensuring visual alignment with business objectives and brand standards.Design a range of client-facing content, including proposals, presentations, brochures, digital assets, and microsites.Translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals that tell a cohesive story.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Retention, Operations, and SMEs to align design strategy with client goals.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines while ensuring high-quality execution.Oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress using workflow and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Teams).Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and resources for team-wide use.Mentor and onboard graphic designers, providing feedback to support growth, quality, and consistency.Introduce new tools, techniques, and design trends to elevate team creativity and improve workflow efficiency.Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or proposal environments.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design tools.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital work.Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
