Senior Graphic Designer – OverviewSenior Graphic Designer reporting to the Director of Product Marketing in Pantone’s Marketing Team. The role involves visually bringing brand, products, and services to life across digital, print, web, and environmental touchpoints while ensuring consistent and on‑brand creative that upholds Pantone’s iconic visual identity.ResponsibilitiesTranslate creative briefs into visual assets that support strategic objectives and brand storytelling.Design graphics and layouts for digital campaigns, product marketing materials, trend reports, social media, presentations, email assets, and event collateral.Develop assets for collateral, social, web, trade‑show graphics, and digital advertising.Support web design projects, including wireframes and page layout recommendations, in collaboration with Product Marketing and Marketing Ops.Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Services to ensure visual consistency and strategic alignment.Support partner co‑branded campaigns, ensuring visuals align with both Pantone and partner brand guidelines.Assist with design support for global initiatives (APAC/EMEA), adapting materials locally as needed.Maintain and update shared design templates, asset libraries, and internal creative tools.Participate in feedback and review cycles to deliver high‑quality assets on time.Help shape creative direction of the in‑house team and mentor new designers.Essential RequirementsAt least 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a multi‑brand or agency setting.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar tools.Experience creating physical brand spaces such as trade‑show booths, event environments, and large‑format displays.Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills.Comfortable designing for digital, print, and web formats.Photography or photo‑editing skills a plus.Professional QualitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.Can lead design execution from concept through final delivery with minimal oversight.Passion for color, creativity, and design with an appreciation for art, fashion, and visual culture.Focused on critical projects and drive them to completion, demonstrating project and time management skills.Collaborative mindset with keen attention to detail and cross‑team communication.Highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and well‑organized.Global team experience or multi‑language asset adaptation is a plus.Experience with motion graphics or light video editing is a plus.Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Firefly, or other GenAI design accelerators is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $85,000 – $105,000 USD per year.Eligible for bonus pay.Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementVeralto Corporation and all Veralto Companies are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by law.
