Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field5-8+ years of experience in graphic design or related fieldA portfolio of work demonstrating strong skills and a passion for design, typography, conceptual thinking, and visual communicationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeAn awareness of current industry and technology standards A creative, collaborative individual who isn’t afraid to think outside the boxA team player who can collaborate across disciplinesA person who can move between projects that vary greatly in scope and typeA person with experience across multiple design platforms, such as digital, print, environmental graphic design, and signage/wayfinding design (experience with digital design is a plus)A person who comes to the table with strong ideas and a clear sense of direction, who also welcomes and integrates feedback graciously
