Contributes to the continual improvement of the creative production workflow, processes, and systems of the Creative Team, including the structure and organization of design files. Shares knowledge and skills with the team, mentoring and/or training others. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a marketing department, in‑house creative team, or advertising agency. Expert knowledge and understanding of print production and workflow with the ability to manage internal and external partners to ensure successful creative output, delivery of materials on time and on budget. Broad and thorough knowledge of best practices in communication, marketing, advertising, and brand design.
