We guarantee that you will have your hands full!Financial Dimensions: In accordance with company delegated authority manual.What you will doConceptualize and manage digital and printed design projects in collaboration with two supporting graphic designers and broader marketing teamBlueprint the development of new product brandsBlueprint rebrands for newly acquired companies and lead brand direction across website, social media and other advertising platformsDesign advertising banners for retargeting, social media and other web-based campaignsDesign digital landing page layouts and digital assets for recruitment, sales campaigns and blogsPrinted design initiatives including brochures, trade show banners, vehicle wraps, uniforms and signage.Provide design support for customer proposals, presentations and tender responsesAttend strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadershipDevelop basic motion graphics and animated assets for social media, digital advertising, and brand campaigns — including short-form video bumpers, animated logos, and looping contentCandidate ProfileExperience4+ years working in a commercial environment in a design role that includes both printed and digital design with multi-disciplinary marketing supportExperience either building new brands, or working on brand guidelinesExperience owning brand guidelines, upholding a company’s “look and feel” whilst applying creative innovation to each independent projectExperience leading junior designers and/or external contractorsSkillsLoves design!
