Bloom Nutrition is seeking a Senior Designer, Shopper Marketing to join our Austin-based team. This role will serve as the dedicated creative partner to our Commercial Marketing organization, supporting high-volume shopper marketing initiatives across retail, e-commerce, field and sales channels. Lead the design and execution of shopper marketing assets across key retail, grocery, and e-commerce partners, supporting product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.Design and develop in-store retail creative including POS materials, endcap signage, shelf talkers, channel strips, displays, retail education materials, and promotional signage.Create retailer-specific and omnichannel campaign assets across digital, e-commerce, email, paid media, and field marketing channels while maintaining brand consistency.Collaborate cross-functionally with Bloom, Nutrabolt, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to support beverage and nutrition initiatives and ensure successful campaign execution.Serve as the dedicated creative partner to the Commercial Marketing team, participating in planning meetings and collaborating throughout campaign development to bring retail strategies and promotions to life.Act as the primary creative resource for shopper marketing initiatives, streamlining project execution, improving turnaround times, and ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule to support key retail and commercial milestones.Help establish scalable creative processes, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across recurring retail initiatives. 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within CPG, retail, shopper marketing, consumer goods, food & beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands.Strong portfolio showcasing retail marketing, shopper marketing, packaging, in-store, and omnichannel campaign work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma, with demonstrated experience creating 2D motion graphics and animations.Experience developing retail and POS materials from concept through final production.Strong understanding of shopper behavior and how design influences purchase decisions at retail.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Passion for wellness, consumer brands, and creating impactful retail experiences.
