Senior Graphic Designer (FTE)

Position Overview
Our agency client is looking for a Senior Designer who can design concepts for physical retail and experiential spaces, is a strong graphic designer, and understands pre-production and file setup for print so the work is ready to be built, not just presented. 3D design and AI tool proficiency are a plus. You're comfortable in front of clients, manage your own workload without much oversight, and stay flexible when priorities shift.

This is a full-time direct hire role that will be hybrid (WFH Wednesday and Friday) in North Dallas. 

Key Responsibilities

Concept and design retail window displays, brand activations, and pop-up shop experiences, from first idea through final installation.Design signage, environmental graphics, and layouts for temporary "coming soon" installations and other short-run or permanent executions.Design core brand and marketing collateral - logos, brand guidelines, print materials, and graphic layouts - that keep every touchpoint consistent with a client's brand identity.Set up production-ready art files for print and fabrication.Use AI-assisted design tools to move quickly from idea to presentable concept.Juggle multiple concurrent projects, adapting easily to shifts and changes in a high-pace environment.Manage your own workload and deadlines as a self-starter, while collaborating with team members, management, and project managers.
 Qualifications

Proven experience designing for retail environments, seasonal displays, brand activations, and/or experiential spaces - a portfolio built on physical, dimensional work, not just flat or digital layouts.Brand design experience - building or evolving brand identities, guidelines, and marketing collateral - is ideal.A strong graphic designer and illustrator, fluent in typography, layout, and brand consistency, with proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Adobe Dimension a plus).Experience using AI programs as part of a creative workflow - we work with Midjourney, Claude, ChatGPT, Envato, Topaz, and Freepik.Working knowledge of production design and prepress and how each decision affects print and fabrication outcomes.Comfortable being customer-facing, presenting work and communicating clearly with clients.A self-starter who manages their own time and workload without needing close oversight.Thrives amid shifting priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.3D design experience is a plus - comfortable building or reviewing concepts and renderings (SketchUp, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, Rhino, or similar).CAD experience is a plus.
 In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
