Reporting to our Director of Marketing, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for:Conceptualizing and building appealing, effective, and on-brand communications assets that meet company business goals across a variety of channels and audiences.Serving as an expert on UZURV’s brand identity and style and implementing it across all platforms daily.Developing infographics, slide presentations, and other visual assets that effectively explain UZURV’s product offerings and benefits to our riders, drivers, clients, and other partners.Creating effective visual assets for social media posts, driver recruitment advertising, and lead generation, as well as developing informational animations that showcase how our platform works for drivers and riders.Sourcing and working with production vendors to produce printed and physical materials for driver onboarding, corporate events, and trade shows.Maintaining and enhancing our company website experience and creating branded email templates for communication workflows.Partnering with our app UX team to provide graphic assets and ensure adherence to brand standards.Collaborating with several cross-functional teams – including Operations, Business Development, and Driver Success – to measure the effectiveness of our communication and where we can improve.We are excited about you because…You have 3-5 years of full-time experience as a graphic designer with a creative agency or internal corporate creative department and a 4-year college degree in visual, graphic, or commercial arts, or comparable degree.You have a solid portfolio of professional, in-market work - this will be required for interviews. (Bonus points for advanced HTML, CSS, or JS proficiency)!You possess strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams.You are proficient in designing engaging business presentations in Powerpoint or Google slides and familiar with Google Suite software.You are a great team player and come to work with a constructive mindset and positive attitude.You have high integrity and exceptional commitment to delivering results and have high empathy for serving underserved communities.You are wired to build solutions within challenging parameters and under pressure.
