Senior Graphic Designer - DOD Cleared

To continue providing innovative solutions and services to the Department of Defense (DOD) and other government agencies, we are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team, working on high-impact projects that support national security and defense initiatives. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for design that captures developing solutions that meet the needs of our DOD clients. Minimum Requirements: • Design Expertise: Extensive experience in communication design, including Brand Identity, Editorial Design, Infographics, mission-driven storytelling, defense-related data visualization, and Exhibition Design • Experience: 5+ years in the creative industry with proven experience in DOD contracts and multidisciplinary projects • Career Motivation: Eager to push the boundaries of your craft in a challenging environment that fosters learning and impactful work in national defense • Collaboration: Thrive in team environments that value feedback, idea sharing, and refining designs to support mission objectives • Clearance: Active DOD security clearance (Secret level or higher) • Location: Availability to be on-site in Mechanicsburg, PA and Washington, DC • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, SketchUp, with proficiency in design tools like Sketch, InVision, and other • Language: English proficiency. · Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options
