We’re seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the creative expression of our brand across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints. This role is ideal for a highly strategic, digitally fluent designer who can translate brand narratives into powerful visuals that resonate across marketing channels. What You’ll Do • Lead the development and execution of branded assets across digital, social, print, influencer, and retail marketing • Concept and design campaign visuals that tell compelling stories and drive engagement across all platforms • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Ecomm, PR, and Events to support launches and initiatives • Elevate the brand’s visual presence while maintaining consistency in typography, color, voice, and overall identity • Deliver thoughtful creative solutions backed by data, insights, and industry trends • Mentor and guide junior designers and freelancers to uphold quality standards and best practices • Present design concepts and creative strategies to leadership with confidence and clarity • Work closely with photography and video teams on visual direction, storyboarding, and post-production • Stay current on design, fashion, beauty, and social trends to keep creative fresh and culturally relevant What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field • 8+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands • A standout portfolio showcasing campaign design, branding systems, social-first creative, and multi-channel marketing • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma and After Effects a plus • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand strategy, and design thinking • Strong typographic skills and a refined eye for layout and composition • Experience leading creative reviews, giving feedback, and owning projects from concept to execution • Familiarity with photo art direction, influencer mailers, digital advertising, and eCommerce design • Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Working Conditions
