Senior Graphic Designer Job at Warschawski in Baltimore

This is a full-time position that operates on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be available to come into the office at the Baltimore headquarters from Monday to Wednesday.We are looking for a sharp, dedicated, and ambitious designer who is comfortable designing for both print and web. You will be involved in the creative process from beginning to end — from strategic conception to delivery. We move very quickly, and being able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsCreate compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital mediaMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field2+ years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Microsoft Word and PowerpointStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of workBonus SkillsMotion graphics and video editingPhotography and art directionWorking knowledge of CSS & HTMLSalary commensurate with experience.
