Senior Graphic Designer - Freelance to Full Time

Senior Graphic Designer Pro Lash | Premium Beauty Brand We exist to complement her beauty, empowering women to focus on their purpose while feeling confidently themselves. Reporting to the Director of Creative, this role is ideal for a confident visual storyteller who understands the power of design in building emotional brand connections. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to bring cohesive design solutions that elevate Pro Lash’s brand and customer experience. 5–7+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within DTC e-commerce or a beauty/fashion/lifestyle brand - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Experience designing for web, social, packaging, and print - Strong typography, color, layout, and branding skills - Solid understanding of marketing and e-commerce needs (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads design specs) - Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality - Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior designers - Passion for empowering women through beauty and branding -Videography and Photography are preferred
