Key Responsibilities : Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions for various projects including branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and other promotional materials Produce eye-catching materials for various social media platforms and other online presence Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, brand identity, and quality standards Collaborate with internal teams for project requirements and objectives Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design assets and channels Adapt designs for different platforms and formats for various projects Craft persuasive sales copy to accompany visual elements in advertisements Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, in-house design team preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative design tools Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques Ability to problem solve and think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling sales copy Compensation : Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 Benefits : Healthcare, vision, and dental insurance w / company contributions Long-term disability and life insurance covered by the company PTO and paid holidays Employee access to our various products and services Status : Full-time Schedule : M-F, 9-5 Create a job alert for this search Senior Graphic Designer • Duval County, FL; Florida, US
