Do you have an eye for detail and love working in a B2B environment with a collaborative team? This position with be a part of our Global MarComm team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be expected to communicate and collaborate, not only with the wider Marketing Communications team but also with other employees of Badger Meter to allow you to execute tasks to the best of your ability and optimize a users experience, putting the customer first. Job Duties: • Partner with the wider Global Marketing Communications Team, confidently communicating and leading conversations whilst expressing constructive opinions that contribute to a successful outcome • Present your ideas to peers and senior management, distil relevant feedback and act accordingly • The ability to take projects from initial concept through to final artwork, overseeing and taking responsibility for each phase of the process • Take the lead on tasks and projects and always looking to develop new ideas and concepts that adhere to the overall marketing strategy • Responsible to produce work across a variety of different media both offline and online including; brochures, presentations, logos, trade shows, packaging, social media and video • Translate briefs into creative solutions that deliver best in class campaign messaging with exceptional attention to detail • Responsible for organizing and scheduling of projects and tasks, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and briefs are executed appropriately • The ability to take existing best practice procedures and execute effectively across a wide range of marketing collateral • Become a subject matter expert through learning and liaising with other Badger Meter employees to enhance the scope of your knowledge around market trends and competitor analysis • Work closely with the Global Brand Strategy Manger to assist in contributing and executing the overall brand strategy to ensure strategic goals are met throughout the year • Develop excellent working relationships within the Global Marketing Communications Team that assist in delivering strategies through proactive communication • Up to 10% travel required The Employee and Applicant Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, share, retain, and safeguard applicant information.
