We provide world-class identification products, applications and services to customers worldwide.Artemax will be the industry leader in providing customers with excellent products and services, envied for our product innovation, world class manufacturing, talented team and profitable growth.We strive to be world class in everything we do.We value all Team Member and want them to share in the companys success.We dont take advantage of customers or suppliers with the goal of making more profit, we are focused on long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.We listen to our customers and give them what they want.We know the market and produce what the market needs.We make decisions that make our company and product sustainable.We utilize the best equipment and processes to... provide excellent products and services.Senior Graphic Designer & Front End DeveloperCandidates must present a portfolio showcasing a variety of work across mediums (e.g. Digital, OOH, Print) and across disciplines (e.g. brand identity, packaging, email design, social media, etc. )Responsibilities:Art Department:Act as a technical resource and guide for fellow Graphic Designers, providing support, training, and addressing inquiriesReview artwork to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to graphic standardsCollaborate with the Art Supervisor and cross-functional teams to interpret creative briefs and present design ideasPrioritize tasks and assist in time management to meet project deadlinesCoordinate processes within the Art Department, enhancing efficiencyWork closely with external partners, briefing them on projects and ensuring successful project deliveryMaintain productivity metrics and weekly performance scorecardsMarketing:Design and manage content for various channels, including sales team assets, paid media, social media, web, and emailCreate static, animated, and video content for product launches, marketing stories, and featured technologiesContribute to multi-channel campaigns, aligning with the customer journeySupport the Marketing Content calendar and ensure consistency across all channelsAssist the direct sales team with PDF/image creation for email communication and trade show collateralTake ownership of the creative digital workflow, from project planning to resource allocationAdapt creative based on analytics to optimize performanceFront End Development:Collaborate with the eCommerce/Marketing team on multiple Shopify+ websites and page visualsImplement design specifications for functional and visually appealing web pagesCreate and assist in designing and updating visuals for key marketing landing pages on the websiteContribute to the management of multiple websites and digital marketing initiativesQualifications and Skills:5 years of proven experience in a professional design rolePortfolio showcasing creativity and diverse work across mediumsExpert knowledge of design software programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. )Clear presentation skills for conveying design ideasExperience using project management tools for workflow and task assignmentStay updated on industry trends and technologies for continuous improvementProactive team player with exceptional organizational and technical skillsHigh attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize work, coordinate multiple projects, and meet deadlinesAdaptability in a growing, dynamic companySupplemental Functions:Support Sales Department during the sales process related to graphics/art and Front End DevelopmentAdhere to the company attendance policy and attend all shifts as scheduled (not eligible for remote work)Report all accidents to Human Resources and follow safety proceduresPerform additional duties as directed by the Art Department Supervisor
