You will work in a collaborative environment, brainstorming with the team to create compelling visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and business goals.What You'll DoDesign Execution: Create and refine visually compelling designs across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and email campaigns.Concepting & Brainstorming: Collaborate with the strategic marketing team during the concepting and brainstorming phase to generate creative ideas that align with our objectives.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency while enhancing our brand presence.Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept through execution, managing deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.Email Design: Design engaging email templates with an emphasis on user experience and effective communication.Tool Proficiency: Expert in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating polished, professional visual assets.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.What You'll NeedExperience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and email platforms.Skills: Strong proficiency Adobe Creative Suite and experience in Canva.
