The agency’s mission is to execute clients’ visions, drive scalability, and engage humans with passion and purpose.About the RoleAs The Sax Agency's Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead design projects from concept to delivery, working closely with their team of creatives and clients to create compelling visual content that maintains brand consistency and drives results.What You'll DoOversee design projects from conception to deliveryDesign original pieces, including illustrations and infographicsMaintain brand consistency throughout marketing projectsWork closely with Art Directors and assist them with duties as neededInterface directly with clients, present your work and keep design team aligned around feedback and goalsImplement design concepts following Brand GuidelinesProvide specifications to print vendors and set up files for productionCreate properly sized/formatted digital assets for web developmentStay current with industry developments and toolsWhat You BringExpert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principlesOutstanding organizational, communication, and time management skillsAttention to visual details and ability to meet deadlinesExperience collaborating with diverse teamsExperience working with Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, etc)Requirements8-10 years of graphic design experience with demonstrated senior level responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related fieldExtensive portfolio showcasing varied design projects across industriesExperience in print, logo, brand, digital, and web designKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and web platforms is a plusAvailability during business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PSTWhat they OfferOpportunity to work with diverse, innovative clientsCollaborative, creative team environmentChance to grow professionally and expand a portfolio with a variety of high-profile projectsHealthcare and 401(k) for full-time employeesThe Sax Agency is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
