Job Summary As a Senior Graphic Designer at The Helper Bees, you will collaborate with the Marketing team and other company stakeholders, taking complex concepts and distilling them into clear visuals. You will play a key role in producing high-quality creative deliverables, mentoring junior designers on the team, and supporting presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong knowledge of design fundamentals and best practices for layout design, print, and digital (social and web). The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen) This position is a hybrid role and will require the candidate to be in The Helper Bees physical office multiple times each week, and during special events as needed.
