Responsibility • Must demonstrate expert-level creative skills in graphic design, graphic editing, typography, and layout design • A strong ability for conceptualizing, planning, process, and communicating goals • Comfort working as part of a team, and collaborating, while taking direction from the Creative Design Manager • Design and produce marketing collateral from initial concept to final output. • Responsible for the graphic design team’s creation, development and updating of electronic art files for brochures, installation instructions, data sheets, labels, and other marketing and sales support materials. Essential Skills • Advanced knowledge of a Mac environment and Creative Suite with a focus on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Expert-level print design/production skills • Solid understanding of single to multi-color print production • Ability to recognize and adhere to established corporate graphic standards • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting required deadlines • Database and record keeping experience • Ability to problem-solve daily technical issues • Ability to identify and distinguish color • Ability to accurately proofread and spell.
