Overview Senior Graphic Designer role at Homes.com. Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative design solutions across digital platforms (websites, landing pages, email, mobile apps, social media) as well as traditional motion graphics, video, print, brochures, collateral, event, and booth graphics. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives. Contribute to the evolution of brand identity and design standards to maintain a cohesive visual language across digital and print touchpoints. Basic Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or advertising with a strong portfolio Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and web applications, with branding and conceptual thinking Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools Experience designing for web, mobile, and social platforms with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles Expertise in brand standards, guidelines, design systems, and traditional print capabilities (brochures, collateral, direct mail, event graphics) Excellent conceptual thinking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail and aesthetics Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, color theory, and layout Effective communication skills to articulate concepts to stakeholders Up‑to‑date knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and best practices Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills Demonstrated work ethic and professionalism Commitment to prior employers and a track record of reliability Preferred Qualifications Experience at world‑class design agencies or studios on high‑profile campaigns for renowned clients Ability to lead and inspire cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a collaborative environment Passion for design and a relentless pursuit of excellence Proactive initiative in generating additional solutions beyond minimum requirements Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge Positive attitude and commitment to creativity, innovation, and inclusivity What’s in It For You?
