Job Description We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in concepting and creating compelling creative campaigns. In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer will demonstrate ownership over their work. We don't want someone who waits to be told what to do; we're looking for an individual with initiative—a true Creative, passionate about the art of ad design and eager to lead the charge in elevating our ad creative across the board. Responsibilities Facilitating client "discovery" calls to learn about clients' organization, objectives, design preferences, and more Conducting high‑level research to understand our clients' competitors / market from a design perspective Leading the creative concepting process to develop ideas for marketing campaigns Leading the creative execution process, working with Copy to create ads across a variety of digital platforms Designing additional marketing collateral as needed, including emails, landing pages, social media graphics, and print ads Effectively "selling" work to clients with clear, compelling presentations that provide a creative rationale for design decisions Guiding branding projects: recommending visual brand positioning (e.g., color, typography, and imagery), and designing logos, icons, and other brand assets Leading by example in staying ahead of trends across the design and ad industries, ensuring the team benefits from the freshest perspectives and latest innovations
