As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated, on-brand designs across digital and print platforms including in-store collateral, web, email marketing, paid media, social media, and more. • Create elevated templates for efficient design workflows • Design user-centric digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion • Mentor other designers, providing feedback and leading the way to creative excellence Requirements • 6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in home furnishings, retail, luxury or lifestyle brands • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred • Expert proficiency in Figma required • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
