Pollinate is seeking a freelance designer that brings a strong foundational skill set and a willingness to dive in on extensive design and concepting projects to create unexpected, brand-consistent, strategically-sound visual execution. What it takes: • Highly proficient in typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity design across digital and print media. • Technical expert. • Knowledgeable on visual trends and design standards. What you'll need: • 5+ years of experience in a design role, agency, or in-house • Portfolio showing expertise in paid and owned media • Experience with UI and web design • Must operate as an established business (LLC, sole proprietorship, or equivalent) • Local to Portland Oregon Metro Area
