Senior Graphic Designer - EMEA (Project-Based)

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is in need of a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our client's team. You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors, project managers, marketers, and other designers, while maintaining the autonomy and flexibility expected of a freelance engagement. At Crawford Group we believe in developing collaborative customer relationships to create the best talent solution for their marketing organization’s needs. Responsibilities: • Design and produce high-quality assets across digital, print, social, and event formats on an as-needed basis • Support high-visibility events and executive keynotes, including presentation systems, stage visuals, and supporting materials • Translate raw data (often provided in Excel or similar formats) into clear, compelling charts, graphs, and infographics using Canva, suitable for executive presentations and live events • Work efficiently within established brand guidelines and visual systems • Design, update, and adapt templated materials such as event print assets, sell sheets, reports, brochures, and digital assets • Create and update Microsoft PowerPoint and Word templates as needed • Resize, version, and adapt existing files for new formats or specifications • Implement feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently • Deliver production-ready files for print and digital outputs • Maintain organized files and follow established naming and handoff conventions • Communicate clearly around timelines, scope, and deliverables Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally across in-house, studio, or agency environments • Strong experience supporting events, presentations, and executive-facing materials • Proven ability to turn complex or raw data into refined, visually engaging storytelling • High proficiency in Canva for layout, presentation design, and data visualization • Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Excellent typography skills and a strong eye for detail and consistency • Solid understanding of print production and digital prepress processes • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines • Comfortable jumping into existing workflows and collaborating with distributed teams • Must reside in EMEA (i.e. UK) and be comfortable working London business hours • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) a plus • Motion, After Effects, or 3D experience is a plus but not required
