Senior Graphic Designer / Web Creative

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Web Creative to join our eCommerce team as a high-impact player, taking the lead role, managing and working closely with our current small team of designers.This role is ideal for a designer who not only produces beautiful, high-performing creative, but who understands why designs work—how messaging, hierarchy, timing, and context influence conversion across the customer lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, and Leadership to design, refine, and ship creative across web, email, paid media, and video. You’ll bring respect for our existing brand and values, paired with a fresh perspective and taste to help us tell that story more effectively across the customer journey.
