**Overview:** We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer III, a senior-level design role that serves as a creative leader within the local marketing team. **Responsibilities:** • Lead the creative execution of large, complex marketing projects-including pursuits, campaigns, and presentations-working directly with leadership and brokers. * Design high-impact marketing materials, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand voice. * Mentor junior and mid-level designers, reviewing work and providing coaching and feedback. * Experience working in commercial real estate or a related field is highly preferred.
