* Manage the visual identity of Midwestern by creating graphics to effectively communicate the desired message and support the overall communication strategies, goals, and brand guidelines of the institution. * Create eye-catching designs to effectively support the brand * Contribute to the design discovery processes through brainstorming, creative strategies, and team meetings, while ensuring brand consistency. * Undergraduate degree in graphic design, communications, or related field preferred * Minimum three (3) years graphic design experience preferred * Able to solve complex design problems * Must work collaboratively as part of a creative team * Display exceptional conceptual and design skills.
