Senior Graphic Designer, AI & Innovation

AI Leadership & Implementation • Serve as Kinship’s internal AI design lead and primary point of view on AI-driven creative • Evaluate, recommend and implement AI platforms for design-focused projects (image generation, layout, motion, editing, ideation, workflow automation, etc.) Creative Leadership & Execution • Own the creative process from concept through execution across digital and print • Design compelling assets, including social media graphics, brand systems, menus, collateral, presentations, web assets and more • Deliver high-quality creative work with strong attention to detail, consistency and storytelling • Maintain deep understanding of each partner’s brand voice, positioning and visual identity • Support integrated marketing campaigns across social, PR, digital and experiential Team Education & Knowledge Sharing • Teach and train internal teams on AI tools and evolving capabilities • Lead ongoing AI knowledge sessions, tutorials and documentation • Translate complex AI developments into practical, usable applications for creative teams • Keep the agency informed and inspired on emerging AI trends, tools and opportunities • Actively bring forward “what we don’t know yet” and how it can benefit Kinship and our partners Creative Operations & Output • Increase design team efficiency and overall creative output through AI integration and workflow improvements • Identify ways to scale design production without sacrificing quality • Collaborate with leadership to forecast creative needs and capacity • Contribute to evolving Kinship’s visual identity and internal brand storytelling • Support new business efforts through elevated creative and forward-thinking design POV • Demonstrated ability to implement new tools and teach others how to use them • Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence across digital and print, including AI-assisted work • Ability to think strategically and systemically about creative workflows • Experience working within brand guidelines and evolving visual identities • Motion/animation skills (After Effects or similar) a plus • Curiosity, adaptability and excitement about the future of creative technology
