Senior Graphic Designer

Company Overview Drawing on your advanced expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as familiarity with HTML/CSS and motion or email design tools, you ensure all work meets brand consistency and high-quality standards. Role & Responsibilities • Take full ownership of design initiatives from conception through execution and delivery (print and digital collateral, presentations, infographics, packaging, web assets • Develop original illustrations, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand standards and marketing goals • Lead strategic visual direction—ensuring creative consistency, maintaining brand identity across media, and researching design trends • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, UX, communications) and external vendors to achieve design alignment and quality delivery • Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, asset production workflows, and adhere to budget constraints Leadership & Mentorship • Review, critique, and mentor junior and mid-level designers—providing feedback, guidance, and fostering skill development • Serve as a creative leader—propose innovative ideas, influence brand strategy, and help shape visual identity guidelines • Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables, including art direction and production standards • Stay current with design software, tools, industry trends, and best practices to maintain fresh, competitive visual output Physical requirements for this position include the ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, the ability to move safely in confined spaces, the ability to wear personal protective gear correctly when needed, the ability to go onsite to company and customer worksites, the ability to remain seated for extended periods of time, the ability to use a computer keyboard, and the ability to see and respond to dangerous situations when needed.
