Please find the position details below: • Client Name: McCormick & Co • Job Title: Salesforce Developer • Job ID: 25-00221 • Location: MD, United States • Work Arrangement: Hybrid mode, 3x a week • Type of Hire: Contract Key Responsibilities: • Execute packaging design projects across foundational and evolutionary project tiers—from concept • adaptation through production release • Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across a range of SKUs, formats, and applications • Provide peer-level design feedback to other team members to support quality and throughput • Support rollout of brand systems across product portfolios, applying creative judgment while honoring • existing design frameworks • Collaborate with senior design leadership on check-ins and reviews for work that bridges into more strategic territory • Partner with Marketing, Regulatory, and other functions to deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork • Provides peer review support to ensure high-quality deliverables across the team • Escalates questions or deviations from system guidelines when needed • Supports a collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented team environment Comfortable collaborating across functions and giving/receiving feedback in a fast-paced environment • Other Skills and HPO Competencies • Proficiency in Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign • Proficiency in Mircrosoft Office Preferred Skills: • BA in Graphic design • Experience - functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen • Consumer Packaged Goods (Client) Background in Food or Experience with in-house brand teams or agencies working with Client clients • Experience in design projects that involve consumer research testing • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Box) • Interpersonal Skills - leadership, interactions, communication, influence • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Other Skills and HPO Competencies
